Telescent SureConnect™ union adapters protect delicate, polished fiber optic connectors in behind-the-wall (BTW) and permanent side interconnects and cross-connects. The need for costly on-site repair of fiber optic connectors is eliminated when SureConnect™ protective union adaptors are installed. It comes with SC/LC UPC/APC simplex and duplex types.
SureLink™ Retractable Cable Cassettes
SureLink™ Retractable Cable Cassettes
Telescent's SureLink™ family of retractable fiber optic cable cassettes dispenses a variable length of fiber up to 2.5 meters and retains unused fiber on a take-up spool within the protective cassettes. It eliminates the patchcord mess and reduces the variety of patchcord lengths in inventory.
Some of the applications include
- FIber Patch Panels
- Fiber-to-the-Desk Interconnects
- Fiber Ethernet Systems
- General Purpose Use

- SureLink™ Rack Mount Cradle (installs within 3RU tall enclosure, 5 slots wide)
- SureLink™ Rack Mount Blade System (4RU tall enclosure, capacity for 15 cassettes)
SureTracer™ Fiber Optic Cable
SureTracer™ Fiber Optic Cable
Telescent's patent pending SureTracer™ Fiber Optic Cable is the industry's first and only fiber optic cable that can be wirelessly traced within hidden ducts and walls using standard electronic tone tracing equipment. The cable incorporates a microscopic electrical conductor partially embedded in the outer cable jacketing of multimode, singlemode or plastic optical fiber cables. The conductors are located at the bridge in the pvc jacket joining the two separate fiber optic elements.
The fiber optic cable may be detected wirelessly in inaccessible locations such as wall and ceiling plenums using a low cost, handheld tone detection probe commonly used by installers of twisted pair, coax and RJ-45 network cabling.
FTTH Optical Fiber Cable
FTTH Bend Insensitive Drop Cable
Using ITU-T G.657A compliant Corning SMF-28e XB™ fibers, this ruggedized optical fiber drop cable is specially designed for last mile subscriber connection in FTTH applications. It can be handled like a copper or coaxial cable but with the performance of a optical fiber, with high bending performance of down to 10 mm radius. Comes with various fiber count from 1 to 4 fbers, and outer diameter of 5mm.
